Rumor has it that I have a case against me with the attorney general.  To set the record straight the person that filed that complaint lost the case with the attorney general. Devanchire was within our legal rights to not ship something that was not paid for yet.  Devanchire did nothing wrong. Hope this clarifies things.     Devanchire is a highly respected cattery, known by many wonderful breeders.  Devanchire will not at any time ship a kitten on the same day that the purchaser post dated a foreign check.  CHECKS  MUST CLEAR PRIOR TO SHIPMENT!  Because I refused to ship the cat on the same day I was to deposit her post dated check, she decided to sue me for $44,0000.00 because I refused to ship the cat on that day. HUMMMM SCAM ALLERT!!!   She did not win her attempted scam.  Breeders BEWARE!!!!
