In Memory
Our first Himalayan kitten was a gift to my husband from myself and his name was Gizmo. Gizmo was found to have a congenital defect at the age of two and despite all our efforts in trying to save our beloved little friend we lost our fight and had to say good by. We suffered such a loss in our hearts that we decided after loosing our beloved little Gizmo to get another kitten. Soon after that we decided to start our own breeding program and breed Persians for health, temperament and type. Because of the way this breeder left our hearts and arms empty and treated us so unjustly, WE AS BREEDERS VOW TO STAND BEHIND OUR KITTENS AND WILL NEVER LEAVE A HEART BROKEN AND ARMS EMPTY LIKE OURS HAD BEEN. We had to say goodbye to our wonderful boy but we will never forget him. You will forever be in our hearts our precious one. We will meet again my beloved Gizmo - over the Rainbow Bridge.

God sent you as a present though not received on Christmas day A gift of paws that reached down deep and stole my heart away. I doubt that you would want me to spend each day in tears, I know you'd rather see me smile as from atop a cloud you peer. Though a time or two I've lost my way since the Keeper called you home, Now faith restored by angel paws will never come undone. As loving aura fills the sky as you rest on clouds of fleece And as angels gently tuck you in may you sleep in heavenly peace. It has come to our attention that the Bayliss's are calling people that are supporting this page and threathening them. Those that have been threatened are retaining this information. Please remember this is about the TRUTH and what is RIGHT! WE in CFA can NOT allow this to continue any longer. We have posted and made public just a sample of our proof. The Bayliss's have posted lies and allegations. They are good at verbally slandering people with fabricated lies but never produce proof. She attacked Sue Bloomquist with lies and slander and then turned on us because we wouldn't support her in her quest against Sue and we asked for replacements or our money back for the cats we purchased from her that died. This is when she turned on us. Devanchire has NEVER breeched a contract. Devanchire Placed Beaubell cats under the new contract that supersedes any and all contracts between Beaubell and Devanchire. Lynn told us to breed the positive girls and pull negatives from them, that she was not going to replace them so Devanchire had no choice but to breed them and pull Negative cats from the positive ones. She is now lying about this. Again, I can forward copies of these emails to anyone if you like. I then placed them with breeders that wanted them and were willing to do the same. They were aware that these cats were positive and willing to breed and pull negatives for the line. I had the new contract reviewed by my attorney and he agreed that I was able to place the cats as I wished. I was NO longer under contract with Beaubell for any remaining cats I had. This page is just a sample of our proof against Beaubell. Devanchire also DID NOT threaten to sue for anything more than the money that we gave them for the cats that died as she so claims. We wanted a replacement or our money back, plain and simple. She also claims that the Nova Scotia scam against Devanchire was won by the other party. It WAS NOT!!!! The attorney general sided with Devanchire in that Devanchire was within our rights not to ship a cat that was not paid for. THE FIRST CHECK PROVIDED TO DEVANCHIRE WAS NOT GOOD AND THE SECOND CHECK WAS POST DATED FOR THE DATE OF THE ARRANGED SHIPMENT. SO DEVANCHIRE DELAYED SHIPMENT UNTIL THE CHECK CLEARED!!!! IT WAS AT THAT POINT THAT THE OTHER PARTY TRIED TO SUE FOR $44,000.00 FOR A $1000.00 CAT. NOW WHAT DOES THAT SOUND LIKE??????? IT WAS OUR DECISION TO REFUND HER MONEY, AS WE DO NOT KEEP PEOPLE'S MONEY AND WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. We would be happy to forward this proof and copies of the attorney general's decision to anyone. Our attorney advised us that we can post on our site as long as it is the truth. We don't slander people, We SPEAK THE TRUTH. THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE EMAILS FROM WERE TAKEN OFF TO PROTECT THEM FROM THE BAYLISS'S WRATH. WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE COPIES OF THOSE EMAILS TO ANYONE PRIVATELY. You will not find any proof by the Beaubells because they don't have any proof of what they say, all fabricated lies. They claim to have statements from our vets and this is so far from the truth. Bonnie (our vet) is a dear friend of ours and NEVER said anything bad about us, and is ready to testify on our behalf against the Bayliss's and our new vet never said anything to them that they are claiming. Our vet most certainly did witness Leroy's violent seizures and will testify to that as well. Because has a site that was posted by someone else and this person as the owner of this site will be prosecuted for slander as well and the Bayliss's if not taken down. Our attorney is working on this now. Nothing on this site is true and can be proven by us and our attorney. They are committing fraud and slander and will be prosecuted.

THE NEW contract 12/28/06 supercedes ANY and ALL other contracts between Beaubell and Devanchire. Cats purchased prior to this new contract are no longer under contract with Beaubell per the new contract. Devanchire has NEVER breeched a contract and for those of you that have been told by Lynn Bayliss any lies, please do your homework and you will discover that Devanchire is ONLY ONE of the MANY catteries Beaubell has attacked.
Quoted from a letter that was submitted by a fellow breeder on our behalf! "I am really saddened to hear, Kimera is now having trouble with Lyn Bayliss. I have been on the receiving end of Lyn's wrath, and it is a horrible place to be."" 1. IT WAS RELAYED TO US THAT LYN BAYLISS IS SPREADING RUMORS THAT WE ARE SELLING CATS THAT WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT FOR. THIS IS NOT TRUE. DUE THE LOSS OF OUR BOYS AND PKD POSITIVE CATS, AN ATTORNEY DREW UP A CONTRACT FOR MYSELF AND ONE OTHER BREEDER THAT LOST A BEAUBELL CAT WITH THE BAYLISS'S. THIS CONTRACTS SUPERCEDES ANY AND ALL PREVIOUS CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES. DEVANCHIRE UNDER THE NEW CONTRACT AS OF 12/28/06 CAN PLACE THESE CATS AS WE FEEL NECESSARY. DEVANCHIRE IS NO LONGER UNDER CONTRACT FOR ANY CAT OR CATS WITH BEAUBELL PERSIANS. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY OUR CONTRACT ATTORNEY WHEN HE REVIEWED THE CONTRACT.
2. LETTERS FROM OUR VET STATING THAT THE BOYS DIED FROM CONGENITAL DEFECTS.
3. I ALSO HEARD THAT LYN STATES THAT SHE GAVE US THESE BOYS FOR NEAR NOTHING..., I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO POST THE SIGNED CONTRACTS STATING THE PRICE THAT WAS PAID FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE IF NEED BE.
4. WE WERE TOLD THAT PURSAY, DORY AND FLUTES WERE PKD NEGATIVE WHEN WE WERE THINKING OF PURCHASING THEM, PLEASE SEE THE PROOF BELOW). UPON NOT RECEIVING THE DNA REPORTS FROM BEAUBELL, WE DID OUR OWN DNA TESTS ON ALL CATS AND THEY WERE POSITIVE. WE PAID $1800.00 FOR FLUTES , $800.00 FOR DORY AND $500.00 FOR PURRSAY. WE ALSO FOUND OUT THE DORY WASN'T EVEN LYN'S BREEDING AND SHE RESOLD THE CAT AND I WAS TOLD BY THE ORIGINAL BREEDER OF DORY THAT LYN WAS AWARE THAT DORY WAS PKD POS AT THE TIME SHE WAS SOLD HER TO ME. THE BREEDER SAW DORY ON MY SITE AND WAS THE ONE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE PKD STATUS OF THIS CAT. WE WERE DENIED ANY COMPENSATION FOR ANY OF THESE CATS BY LYN BAYLISS. SHE TOLD US TO BREED THEM AND PULL A NEGATIVE. I GUESS THAT WAS OUR COMPENSATION! WE THEN HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TRY TO PULL NEGATIVES FROM OUR POSITIVE GIRLS. THEN LYN SENT MY FRIENDS A SLANDEROUS MALICIOUS FABRICATED LETTER FILLED WITH LIES AND ALSO STATED THAT I WAS BREEDING PKD POSITIVE CATS. SHE SET OUT TO TRY TO RUIN US. WELL, LYN, IT DIDN'T WORK, YOU SEE PEOPLE KNOW ME AND THEY ALSO NOW KNOW YOU AND THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU REALLY ARE. NOBODY BELIEVES A WORD OF YOUR LIES, THE ONLY PERSON YOU HURT WAS YOURSELF. Lyn Bayliss has spread so many lies about so many people! Are you going to be the next one? She has told so many people that I KILLED these boys for no reason and God only know what other lies.! Update! Emails are pooring in from people. I want to thank you all for all your support. Please continue to send us your story and proof . I just got off the phone with Diane at CFA and for those of you that Lyn told that Diane is her good freind, she is wrong....NO FRIEND AT ALL! Lyn has also told people that I have done the following: 1. Lyn is telling people that Devanchire called CFA and asked CFA to Blackball Beaubell (NOT true,, CFA thought this one was funny) 2. Lyn is telling people that Devanchire is under investigation by CFA ( Confirmed today with CFA that this is NOT True!!) To many lies to list, but I am sure this will do for now. Please feel free to call CFA and confirm this. I just spoke to CFA and Devanchire has NO investigation and or complaints against our cattery and has NEVER had a complaint or investigation, as she has emailed and told many people. We had to say goodbye to our wonderful boys. All of these boys were with us for a VERY short time but will be forever missed. Our hearts have been forever impacted by what we have had to endure with the health of these wonderful boys, but we are so very grateful to have had what little time we had with these boys. They will be forever in our hearts.

Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special, someone who was left behind. They all run and play together, bu the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly, he breaks from the group, flying over the green grass, faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into those trusting eyes, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart. Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together.......... |
